Becca's latest trick- shaking her head, Yes. She does it everytime you talk to her. She looks at you and shakes her head, Yes. If you tell her no, she shakes her head, Yes! You ask her a question, she shakes her head, Yes. We call her our little bobblehead.

I was so amused by this. Her vigorous head bobbing knocked her off her feet! And having read the mohawk blog I want to add that I am impressed with your parenting skills. Yup, it's only hair but it's the impression isn't it. I thought of first day of school, too and you made that part of the deal. Good for you! Maybe he'll never need to have a mohawk again. Our James always was intrigued by the "out there" things like hair styles/colors and tattoos, piercings(these were later into HS)and we also tried the hold him off approach. Thankfully the tattoos and piercings' desires faded, but he did go with the bleached hair look in HS for a while. He even ended up having his passport photo taken with white hair. I think it's up for renewal in a year! All things pass...
