Somebody stole our pumpkins last night! GRRR! Mark noticed when he left for work. There is no signs of them being smashed (at least not on our block) and the thieves didn't take the rest of our fall decorations adorning our door. BUT I AM SO BUMMED!
The boys are still asleep so I haven't had to tell them yet, something I am not looking forward to doing. They will be very disappointed. I figured I can at least use it as a life lesson moment- something like, "How does it make you feel that someone stole your pumpkin?" - "That is why we never take something that doesn't belong to us..." You get the idea.

AHH!!! That is so frustrating!!
I feel so bad for you all - I know especially that Corbin had put so much time and energy into picking the perfect pumpkin!! That is so awful...
Don't let the thieves ruin the joy of the holiday though...that's the message from "The Grinch Who Stole Christmas" and I love it. The holiday excitement is much more than the presents, candy, decorations, etc. - you've got a wonderful family and lots of love in that house! That's the most important thing!
