To the Christmas tree farm we go...

One of my favorite holiday traditions is getting our Christmas tree. This year, we braved the bitter cold, bundled everyone up and headed to our favorite tree farm, Larwick's. We headed out early and had the whole tree farm to ourselves. We diligently searched for the perfect tree everyone finding their favorite:

And then finally deciding on The One:

After cutting our own tree and loading it into the truck,
we enjoyed a cup of apple cider, posed for some photo ops:


and collected our free candy canes. It was a perfect outing! (well, almost perfect- somebody was not thrilled about the experience, but we blame the boots that caused her to fall every few steps.)

After the Christmas tree farm, we stopped and got donuts and then headed home to decorate the tree.
