Lately both boys have had hearty appetites- but yesterday Trent ate and ate and still came to me saying he was hungry. He must be growing. Here is the list of what he ate yesterday (remember he is only 3 yrs old):
Breakfast: 2 waffles (frozen, he doesn't like them warm), yogurt, banana, orange juice.
A few minutes later, still hungry, he ate dry cereal as a snack.
Lunch: leftovers from dinner- meat, rice and corn and milk. He finished and asked for seconds- so he had two full servings of everything.
Few minutes later, still hungry he had a fruit snack.
After school snack: half an apple, string cheese, and goldfish crackers.
Then at Corbin's baseball practice he ate another fruit snack and all of the cheerios I had brought for Becca.
Dinner: Hamburger helper (noodles & meat- Trent's favorite) and veggies and milk. He ate all and asked for more noodles and meat. Afterwards he had a peice of Valentine's Candy. I was still doing the dishes when Trent said he was still hungry so he ate a piece of bread.
Seriously, How much can one 3 year old boy eat? Yesterday, Trent, by far, ate more than I did. Mark tells me it is only going to get worse and watch out for the teenage years, there will be NO food left in our house.
