Onto a new decade!

Yesterday we celebrated my 30th birthday! I was a wonderful day filled with breakfast with my inlaws, hanging out with the kids, a nice playdate at the park, dinner with friends and family, and lots of phone calls, texts, and messages from birthday well wishers. I definitely felt loved. It was a birthday to remember!

The big question was "How does it feel to be 30" and honestly, it feels good, actually it feels FABULOUS! Here are a couple shots with the family.

7 years!

Today, Mark and I celebrated our 7th anniversary! (It is beyond me how it has been 7years already- simply amazing and incredible).

To celebrate, we spend the afternoon being Portland Tourist. (Yes, together we lived in the Portland Metro area for a combined 51 years, but rarely make it into the city to visit the main attractions). So we went down to the waterfront, enjoyed a beautiful Sunday afternoon walk, a trip to Portland's Saturday Market, leisurely browsed the books at Powell's Book, and finally had a late lunch at Henry's.

It was fun being a tourist and enjoying a perfect Portland Sunday! Happy 7th Anniversary Babe!
